Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

What's included in HIPAA compliance?

Do unused SMS credits roll over?
SMS credits reset each month and do not roll over. However, Enterprise plans can purchase additional SMS credit bundles that roll over for 90 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How quickly will I receive a response?
