Yes. Cicini supports role-based service assignments, so not every provider has to offer every service. You can map each staff member to the specific services they perform, and the booking page routes clients only to qualified providers. This keeps schedules accurate and prevents clients from booking the wrong person.

Does the team scheduling software prevent double-bookings?

Yes. Staff scheduling feeds directly into online booking, so clients only see real-time availability for each provider within Cicini. When one staff member is booked, that slot disappears for them automatically. Google Calendar sync (beta): new Cicini bookings push to Google, and two-way busy-time blocking can hide slots when your personal Google calendar is busy (enable two-way on connect). Outlook and Apple Calendar sync are on the roadmap.

Can I schedule staff across multiple locations?

Multi-location branches are on the roadmap. Single-org scheduling works today.

How does staff scheduling handle time off and breaks?

Each staff member can set working hours, recurring breaks, and time off directly in their availability profile. Those blocks are removed from bookable slots automatically, so clients can never book during a break or vacation. Managers can also block time on behalf of any team member when plans change.

Does Cicini send shift reminders to staff?

Clients and teams stay informed through appointment reminders: Automated email reminders on all plans. SMS reminders on paid plans via Cicini’s platform sender (plan quotas apply). Connecting your own Twilio account is not available yet. Dedicated “shift-only” staff push notifications are not a separate product surface today.
