Is there free tutoring scheduling software for independent tutors?

Yes. Free plan: $0, 1 team member, up to 30 bookings a month, email reminders. No credit card needed. Paid plans start at US$19/month (Starter) and US$49/month (Professional), or US$15 and US$39 a month billed yearly, and add more team members and SMS reminders. See /pricing for limits.

Can parents book lessons on behalf of their children?

Yes. Parents book from your booking page on any device and get a confirmation email and reminders. You can keep notes on each student’s profile. To change a booking, they contact you.

Does Cicini send lesson reminders?

Yes. Cicini sends email reminders on every plan and SMS reminders on paid plans.

Can I take payments for lessons online?

On paid plans, card payments are handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout. Cicini doesn’t store full card numbers. Lesson packages aren’t offered.

Does Cicini work for online lessons?

Cicini books the time and sends the confirmation and reminders. It doesn’t create or add video links, so share your lesson link with students the way you do today.

Does the tutor scheduling app support multiple teachers?

Yes. Each tutor has their own calendar and hours, within your plan’s limits (Starter up to 3 team members, Professional up to 8). Multi-location support is planned; today one account covers one business.

Can I use Cicini for music lessons or group classes?

Yes for one-to-one lessons, such as music, language, or exam prep: set the length of each lesson and let students or parents book online. Group class booking isn’t available today.
