Is there really a free online booking system?

What is included in paid plans?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You can downgrade to Free or cancel anytime.
Is Calendly free anymore?
Calendly still offers a free tier for basic scheduling, but many teams upgrade for team features and integrations. Cicini also starts free and uses flat organization pricing on paid plans so costs stay predictable as you grow.
How does Cicini pricing compare to per-seat tools?
Cicini uses flat organization pricing — not per practitioner or per seat. That keeps costs predictable as you add staff within your plan limits.
Are there hidden payment processing fees?
Cicini does not charge a platform fee per booking. Stripe processing fees apply when you collect payments, per Stripe’s standard rates.
Do I need Enterprise for HIPAA?
Cicini uses HIPAA-compliant security practices, including encryption in transit, provider encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Health/Compliant plan tier are on our Enterprise roadmap — not available on Free, Starter, or Professional plans today. Contact us via /demo if you need a BAA for regulated workflows.
