Can I take deposits instead of the full price?
Yes. Per-service deposits support a fixed amount or a percent of the service price. Full-price checkout remains available. Packages and memberships are still on the roadmap.
Is Stripe Connect for payouts fully live?
Appointment checkout uses Stripe. Marketplace-style Connect onboarding for every payout scenario continues to mature — use Stripe’s standard account flow as documented in the dashboard integrations settings.
Does Cicini store card numbers?
No. Card details are entered in Stripe’s PCI-compliant checkout. Cicini does not store raw card numbers.
Are there Cicini transaction fees on top of Stripe?
Cicini does not add a per-transaction platform fee on top of your subscription. You pay Stripe’s standard processing fees.
Do payments work with email and SMS reminders?
Automated email reminders on all plans. SMS reminders on paid plans via Cicini’s platform sender (plan quotas apply). Connecting your own Twilio account is not available yet.
Where do I connect Stripe in Cicini?
After signup, open Dashboard → Settings → Integrations and connect Stripe. Paid plans unlock appointment checkout; free plan keeps booking without payment collection.
