Does Cicini create Zoom meetings automatically?

Zoom meeting link generation for virtual appointments is on our integrations roadmap and may appear as coming soon in the dashboard depending on your plan. Prefer confirming current status in Settings → Integrations after signup.

Can I still run virtual appointments today?

Yes. Add a meeting URL to appointment notes or your service description, and share it in confirmation emails. Automated Zoom link creation is the productized path we are building.

Does Zoom replace Google Calendar sync?

Google Calendar sync (beta): new Cicini bookings push to Google, and two-way busy-time blocking can hide slots when your personal Google calendar is busy (enable two-way on connect). Outlook and Apple Calendar sync are on the roadmap.

Will Zoom links show in booking confirmations?

When Zoom automation ships, meeting links are intended to appear in confirmations and reminders. Until then, include join details in your service instructions or follow-up messages.

Is Zoom available on the Free plan?
