This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Cicini’s services and platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited Uses
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting malicious code or engaging in hacking activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violating anyone's privacy or applicable data protection laws
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Using Stripe Connect / client payments for businesses or products prohibited or restricted by Stripe or card networks
- Putting health information in payment descriptors or Stripe metadata, or storing diagnoses, treatment notes or other health records in Cicini
Client Payments (Stripe Connect)
Organizations that enable online client payments must also comply with the Client Payments / Stripe Connect section of the Terms of Service, including KYC/identity verification with Stripe, chargeback responsibility, and indemnification of Cicini for seller losses where permitted by law.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with all laws that apply to their business, including privacy laws such as PIPEDA and Canadian provincial privacy laws.
Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
